Question on installing Rizoma rearsets

Im installing the brake set, almost done, but it seems that the brake light switch cable is not long enough let me attach the pegs to the bracket, not even on the highest setting. Am I missing something? do I have to extend the cable somehow?
Attached is the cable im talking about.

It fit for me but be very carfull with the switch part i crushed mine a bit and had to order a new switch with a 1 foot harness on it
 
I have the Ducabike but the cable was very tight. Could of used another inch but I'm sure we have all heard this before:eek:
