I just used 3M automotive trim tape. Works great and is removable if required. I didnt like the idea of glue.

Pretty much what I use for all my automotive parts and what usually comes on the Ilmberger parts.

That’s good stuff. A little bit of heat helps it stick especially when it’s cooler out

Yep. pull off the backing, put some heat onto the tape with a heat gun and apply. Like you said, some heat will help.

one time I didn’t have a heat gun so I used a toaster oven

When I want my wires to lose their memory, I’ll throw them in the clothes dryer. It works exceptionally well
