Quickshifter issues

Took it out for a ride. TL unit and DQS is working- but backwards. I need to be on the throttle to downshift and off the throttle to upshift. Thinking they might have give me the motoGP inverse shift or something, I don't think there's a chance it was installed backwards, since pull and push would be the same in either direction, but at least the system is shown to be working, albeit in weird ways. I'll pull it apart later to investigate if need be, will call TL tomorrow if I find anything.

Check the wiring going to the QS unit and see if there’s a 3-4” wire plugged in line of the original cable. That would reverse your shifting.

If you do have that, save it or sell it. Ducati gets $100 for them

Found a little reversal wire as described carefully tucked away under everything else- put it in my lockbox for safe keeping. System works great now, thanks all.

I quit using my quickshifter on the street, it seems to only work properly if im really running through the gears. I keep getting false neutrals and the bike bounces off rev limiter at the same time. You don't really need it, but its fun to use on occasion.

Ride it around and keep track of any miss-shifts and let us know
No missed shifts yet. Plus with the new exhaust, 2-3 sounds like a gunshot and it's great scaring people with it.

+1 on the opinion that it may be time for new hardware, for what it's worth the TransLogic unit is smooth as hell and way better than my stocker was. Plus they sent me a free hat, so I think they're great :D !
