racing evo upmap for a S, where?

Can they even be purchased?


Was thinking on buying a compete termi exhaust I had been eyeing on ebay.

Called my local dealer and they would do squat for me, and I cant find one searching.

Any ideas besides rexxer ect ect.

Id really like to stay with the upmap if anyone knows where I can find one.
 
There was a thread here a while back where someone posted the part no for the up map alone. Search is your friend....

Thanks and ive searched for days.

The only part number I found was the one for the R evol was kind enough to post.


I was outbid so the pressure is off me, no biggy either way now. I thought I was going to get stuck with a complete system and no upmap.

Eventually I would find one, but I hate doing things that way.

Can't find the R parts list at the moment, but the Racing map for the slip ons is PN 96524211B from the Tri parts list. Search is your friend, but so is asking questions.
 
i posted the slip on up map part number. i also sold mine. sorry don't have the full system up map
 
Thanks for the effort.

So far its a no go on the full termi upmap.

Pass on a full system without it.



Surprised the dealer cant just use their computer to switch on the map.
 
I seriously do not get why people insist on demanding people use this forums search function....? IT SUCKS! I've tried using it five times and never once did my search yield me any remotely related results....

They can, they just wont because Ducati will not let them. 1 Customer is not worth thier dealer agreement.
 
you 100 % can get the upmap for the full termi system if the system is bought from ducati and it didnt have one. call pro italia. its like 437 dollars.

search function sucks. i searched carbon fiber wheels and i got 5 pages from search not one 3 postings was about carbon wheels. i will never use search again

These are just ebay and classified systems, but I missed a full system in the box for 1525 because I was holding off to see if you can even buy a upmap.


pro italia you would think would have one or even Jarel, not willing to pull the trigger until I have conformation. Guess I need to get on the phone.


Stupid local dealer told me no way and was ignorant about the upmap.

i was in the same boat as you. i had the slips with the slip on upmap. (was also told that the upmap for slips is defined to your bike not true) i found a score from a ducat dealer on ebay but the header to make the full system didnt have the upmap (display model). i called the dealer and said i want the upmap and i will pay for it. it was a process but i got it finally. i also sold my slip upmap and it worked fine for the guy that bought it.

moral of the story dont believe everything you are told most dont know.

Here you go, found the PN for the full system upmap off the R: 96524311B.
 
for anyone reading this thread as outhouse knows i am sure. the up map he needs is the full termi system racing eve up map.

R upmap won't work super stock up map won't work. just the basic full system up map.
 
DO NOT use the R upmap. It will not work with your S model. They are different ECUs. The usb upmap is about $450, and for that money you may want to forgo it and buy a TuneBoy and have it dynoed. It will be a much closer tune than the Racing evo map, and you can have a totally cool cruise control function to boot.
 
I'm in kind of the same boat.

I have the Akra full system to go on my R in March. This means that I'll then have a full Termi system to sell with no race up-map key as I will need to use it for my Akra. I don't want to screw about too much otherwise I'll void my warranty (my dealer has said he will honour it if all I do is swap the exhaust) so I'm not interested in power commanders etc.

He's said that the maps can be bought and he will happily get them for me. I'll see if he can supply part numbers.

He also said I/you will need an EXHAUST VALVE MOTOR CONNECTOR CAP P/N: 96700312A. This removes the fault light from your dash when you take out the stock exhaust butterfly valve and servo etc.

Someone stated they had no fault light possibly due to the upmap.


I wonder if that Cap comes in the full termi package/kit?
