FYI... Don't want to spend big money on small parts? I searched true value hardware for spacers to replace the side stand mount. Found some aluminum cable ferrules ($2.60 for 2) which I drilled out a little and hit one with my bench grinder. Pry lighter than the specially made ones too.

Or get a modern Elm 327 device version 1.4 or later on amazon and a Ducati 4 pin cable converter (eBay) and a PC laptop or computer and the free melcodiag software and you can readily reset the lights - see this for example Anybody know what this fault code is?
