Gents,

It official, i bought a 2012 tricolor, it was pizzadude2010. only thing I've done to it, since he'd done everything i'd do, were woodcraft rear sets mostly b/c of gp shifting and every bike i've had i've swapped stock for rear sets. good quality, just wish i can get the rear brake lever to go down a bit more, may need to dremel the rod that goes into the mc some, thoughts?

The rear passenger pegs are ugly as ...., wife will never go for a ride and it looks like i have to remove the exhaust to get to the bolts, correct? is there a simple way to do this or do i have to drop both cans, etc. and be ready to endure a long weekend?

Open to your expertise.

Rick

You could just remove the seat, take out the lower subframe bolts and remove the rear tank support and then loosen the top ones and lift the subframe up to get enough clearance to get at the passenger pegs.

Dunno about the Termis but with the stock exhaust I just used a T-handle Allen. Has 2 holes in the heat shield in the middle of the loop to get to the bolts.

Correct! 5 min. task, only thing I'd recommend is an Allen with a ball end since the holes in the heat shield don't line up perfectly.
