Anyone knows, who makes this rear sprocket holder?

That is the factory Ducati Corse flange. I have one. The part # is 160.1.569.1A. You will need the drive components that go with it. They are not available from Ducati. You may be able to find a used one but they are $700.00 + if you can find one. Just my opinion, you would be much better off going with something off the shelf that you can get sprockets and drive pins for. The Corse components (any Corse components)are generally a pain in the ass unless you can get all the correct pieces.
