Rear Turn Signals not working

I made a DIY fender eliminator with some small LED turn signals. Test fitted the LED signals to make sure it all worked (just held the wires together) and everything worked perfect, blink rate was even normal. Buttoned everything up the next day, and now the rear signals don't work? I even tried the stock rear turn signals, same result...not working either.

Everything else works fine, front signals, lights, license plate light, and no blown fuses. All recalls have been done. Doesn't make sense to me that it work one day, and not the next...even the stock ones.

I'm stumped, any ideas?

If it is like my change over on the fronts, the polarity is backwards. Reconnect correctly and all will be fine.

Could it be a grounding problem? Is the negative lead grounded to the tail kit, and is the tail kit electrically connected to the frame (and therefore the system ground)?
