Thanks for the link, tried but i don't have a "ducati code".
Called up my dealer in Cape Town, and they informed me that they never given a red/black card for ownership for any bikes.
Guess it's not meant to be for me to have a nice ownership card.

Card comes from Bologna. You need to fill in the registration form in your warranty booklet and post it. Nothing to do with your dealer.
