Rider Modes and Engine power unclear

So I am about to put a deposit for the Panigale v2 and I have been watching videos of it on YT and stuff and I saw something which is very unclear to me. In Riding modes you can customise everything to your liking well and good but under the Engine option it says High>Medium>Low does High mean full 155bhp and low means reduced Bhp or is it just easier power delivery with smoothness? Also if the Low engine mode reduces the BHP any info how much BHP does the low engine mode produce? Thanks in advance!

High is full BHP, MED is smoother delivery full BHP, LOW is reduce BHP smoother delivery
