rpm surging after clutch in

Hi guys

anyone experience a surge in rpm and hang at 2500-3500 for a few secs when you are slowing down and clutching in?

Yes, stock exhaust and I supposed no tuning. But previous owner used termi pipe for track.

And my exhaust always have a misfire during idling. Don't know if the previous owner decat or welding issue.

Yes. Exactly like this. Happens all the time. 7/10 rides will occur.
