Greetings. For those that read about my SL project thought you would be happy to learn that as of mid September I will be the owner of pukka Ducati Corse RS16 WSBK. Grazie Mille to those who know who you are.

Man, your SL project was a thing of beauty. I can't wait to see the RS16. Please post some pictures when you get it.

God DAMN! I'd just lock myself in the garage and drool for a bit if I got that beauty... Congrats

How does she ride? Interesting that there is only one exhaust exit, unless my coffee just hasn't kicked in yet. Gorgeous machine, congrats!

If I remember correctly the teams were running a very similar configuration . it begged to question how this was within the rules because it read like you had to loosely follow stock configuration , so if it came from the factory with two exhaust pipes you could move them around but it had to have two exits.
either way I vaguely remember chaz's bike had a single exit exhaust for a while

Thanks for congrats chaps.

On the exhaust front: I had the option to run the twin pipe under seat but don't like it. This exhaust was run in the Thai round this year and actually has two exits - the other is in the left hand silencer. It's LOUD (115db) and I think sounds better than current system. Plus the mechanics said it's the best system .

I run her for first time this weekend assuming we can get her up and running in time. I can't wait!
