how is it bad for you and bad for the environment just curious on that one? the public may hate me but i live in Florida where old people dont have a clue how to drive and it has saved me a few times. as for the rest of you that dont like it i dont really care.
Bad for you: without hearing protection, how long do you think your ears last at 116 db? I don't care if it makes you go deaf but everyone around you doesnt get the choice to have to listen to your pipes or not.
Bad for the environment: If everyone ran 116 db pipes, how do you think it would make people who happen to live near roads feel?
Have some courtesy to your fellow man, people. If we don't regulate ourselves, guess whos going to regulate us, and likely more severe regulation than what self-regulation would be.
I love aftermarket pipes but honestly, 105 db is damn loud, 116 is your face next to a jet engine
TLDR; we share the road and we need to think about people other than ourselves
