Ahh, yeah that seems like a moderate customization. Thanks for the price, then I know approximately what I can expect. Did you have gel replacing all the foam, or just layored on top?I negotiated them down to $360 plus shipping which included custom design and embroidery and gel and install. Seems high now that I look back on it.

What I actually discussed was a 1299 seat cover with 1199 logo as I have that seat on my bike. To do that they asked something 20 - 40 CAD added to their list price. I ended up ordering a seat cover from tappezzeria italia for the 1199 seat and keep the 1299 seat that I mainly use unchanged. I had also discussions with Race Seats Italy at that time and they could do custom seats for you. I don’t remember any sum but it was not expensive....
Ahh, I did not know of this store (Tappezzeria), they had some good designs. Although Every time for me, the same question comes up, will the seat cover fit the DP Comfort seat? Guess I could just ask them, thanks for the tip
