are there any technicians out there that have done the AIS activation test on a 2012 1199S with racing evo upmap and full termi exhaust?
During this opening and closing cycle of the valve, the system monitors the injection time piloted by the ECU with active lambda control. The difference of injection time when AIS valve is open and closed, is displayed as a percentage at the end of the test.
Expected KO2% value for both cylinders in the normal operation of the secondary air system must be above 4%,
Therefore KO2V > 4%
KO2O > 4%
I have done the test 3 times and i still get a result of 0.00%
there are no errors on the DDS
it has the stock battery
and the only problem i have still is the 10 000 RPM limit which cannot be changed on the DDS. any suggestions??
