"my .... is bigger than yours" - so absolutely true.

very well put Gunny. which is why i only lurk and don't post anymore. the "i'm to fast for this bike." by every ... hat that spends their time posting and talking and not actulally becoming smoother.

Good luck to you and I enjoyed reading your posts and don't blame you in the least.

At this rate I will never find out which Rear Sets Gunny determined the best ;)

I have had a VERY HARD time from a number of people of this forum that never contribute anything. I don't throw my rattle out.

It is times like this where a pair of .... need to be brought in :) .. although lets dial it in with a set of RIZOMA NEXT Fluid tanks .. yeah

can't tell from the pics, do they have site windows to check the level, I've noticed alot of the aftermarket reservoirs don't have that.

OK, back to our regularly scheduled thread.

Yes, they have sight levels. I uploaded a high rez picture in the members section.

I gave Gunny his credit for his service.

Lets get back to bike .... and lets keep the signal to noise ratio high.

They look so much better installed, than on standalone pics:eek:

Love them :):):)

Now, when are you gonna arrange my billet fuel cap, since I can't buy one here ;)

Bro I've had my share of internet arguements in all kinds of forums and as the years go by I'm finding that I just have to "agree to disagree" and move on. Its fustrating sometimes when you feel strongly about some topic and you're getting nothing but grief from trying to help someone who is probably going to spend too much money or get injured or something like that...

But at the end of the day these forums are just that: Information good and bad - and the end user must listen to all arguments and make up their own minds...their money, body parts, bike etc etc

Not only are motorcycle forums a .... measuring contest sometimes but I'm finding motorcycles in GENERAL are a .... measuring contest...And I've seen my share of dicks in the gravel traps and ditches to know I'm not interested and in no way want to start measuring ;)

Peace out hommie ;)

XBox, I am going to port our sub thread and append to the Rizoma thread I started that way folks who wanna talk about comparing dicks or whatever can stay on the "Setting The Record Straight" thread ... :D

...what happened...

Insofar as the "my .... is bigger " argument, if you're right you're right, if not you're not. No one has to agree with you. AKA, if you know your .... is big, who cares what another says?

90% is preference, the other is based on actually usage. Can you use anything on that bike to its 100%? Doubtful... I'm buying new rearsets for comfort and the fact that the stockers are flat out garbage.

This is too bad, I came here to get away from dicks at other forums, if you disagree keep it to yourself unless it has something constructive to add. I see certain member following others around just to argue. Gonna be a .... more often.

My .... is bigger than yours. So is my gut. I can post pictures of the gut if you're unconvinced. 8)

On the nicer side the Ohlins shock came in last week and I mounted it over the weekend. The ride isn't greatly improved but is definitely better over high frequency ripples and bumps. The Power One tires are sitting in the garage to be mounted when I get a chance, so expect a report in the next couple of weeks. Won't be able to comment on wear, but grip and the reaction of the DTC system should come quickly.

Gunny thank you for service Sir.:)

Nobody wins in something like this.

This forum has less drama than any of the others I frequent. I appreciate everyone's opinions, but ultimately there opinions.

Sorry to hear that Gunny... I enjoyed your views and comments and will miss that and miss seeing the transformation of your Tri. Thanks for everything you contributed to this forum.

That's what this is all about...everyone always has their own views and opinions. Not necessarily right or wrong, just their own...

Gunny - wont be the same forum without you - Your assistance with contacts and information in general has been very beneficial and valued. A loss to the forum but I understand your position.

For those of you lucky enough to be located by Gunny I am envious as he seems to be a trusting loyal friend.

Hey Gunny I am sorry to hear this.....Just one request and that is even if you dont say anything, just put up pic's of your finished bike then we can see who has the biggest....I mean best bike:D

+1

I want to see full pics of both Gunny's and Wallaroo's bikes when finished.

Both are bound to be exceptional, fantastic and definitively inspiring.

Why I might need inspiration is another matter, but that one's personal and a matter of funds rather than desire. But lets not go there .... :(

I think I'm like most in that I don't get comfy with any of the bad vibes - life's too short and too many challenging issues that occur in other arenas of life.

We're not about to make love here (well other than with Wallaroo's bike :D) so a modification to the request could be:

Make jokes not war.
God knows we've got enough real war.

And ....

SHOW US THE BIKES :D:D

From a family of Jar Heads, fighting in every war since WWII, I say thank you for your service and sacrifice.

Because of you and your brothers-in-arms, we are allowed an opinion and a place to state it.

/Salute.
