Simple setup (SW) with Cruise Control?

OK boys/girls, finally did the "tail of the Dragon" trip last week after 25yrs last time i was there and put over 1300mi in x4 days on my Panigale.
i came to realize that if i want to take my Duc on this long ... trip again then i either need cruise control or get new bike. After x4 days of riding my wrist/... (are) hurting from it.
I know there are many after market tuners out there and just want to from your experiences using one of these vendors which one is the simplest(easy to use and maintenance) and no extra part needed to get a cruise control add on to my 1299S

Easy to flash, works just like any other cruise system, you can bump up or down using left hand controls, shuts off when you hit the brakes, doesn't interfere with my Rapid Bike System. Best money I've spent on mods for my bike.

have a v2 and use a kaoko throttle thing for an aprilia that matches the bar end threads. works great.

its cheap enough (20 bucks?) and if its not ideal then you can spend the 4-500 on TB

That is pretty cool. We all waste $20 on worse ..... I'll be ordering one.

Actually, there's a go cruise 2 which is made of aluminum and is $31.
