Well I have looked all over on MFR and Marchesini websites, and have not found this trident design wheel that resembles the 1199Tri/S/R OEM wheels, but on the Superleggera.

Anyone know who makes it?

I am after one my self now, wanted to buy the forged Al ones but decided not to, I will wait for the SL design to come out in Magnesium.

I expect the SL Magnesium ones are by Marchesini probably unique to this bike and expensive from Ducati under OEM part number

Hopefully, you won't have to give them a vin number that correlates to an SL to get them.

OEMs take the piss big time. Hopefully some one like DYMAG will copy it and we can buy it from there under reasonable prices.

yep

I suspect that what you expect is pretty correct ... You will get them through Ducati Oem and they will charge a fortune honestly if your gonna go mag wheels the OZ racing mags are sickkkkkkk and probably weighs less then the SL marchesinis ....

How much do the oz racing magnesiums on Kope999r and previously on wilksons bike weigh and how much do the marchesini magnesiums weigh? Please help

My marchesini magnesium are 5.7kg for front with discs fitted and 3.2kg for the rear

Personally I hope that it is a requirement that you provide a vin in order to be able to purchase.

Oz racing make a viable alternative for the rest of us.

I would love to know who lighter oz mags or marchesini mags :/

I'd doubt there's much in it, let alone enough to notice by anyone here on this forum.

Besides the OZ wheels will be cheaper. (guaranteed)
And just as exclusive as the SL wheels due to a limited run. So if you want them, get them NOW.
So in terms of value for money, it's a no brainer IMO.

The Marchesini wheels (non-SL) are only $2180, and I think look better.

I'd be interested in the Titanium spring for the rear shock, no idea where that is.

How you been Steve!!! Just wanna thank you again for that PayPal transaction issue You helped me with....

Been great thanks... and no problemo... Here to help... Now if I can only figure out how to buy those Oz wheels...

The OZ Wheels look lighter :)

I think it was posted somewhere that the OZ aluminums are slightly heavier than the Marchesini Mags, and if you went to the magnesium OZ Cattiva that you would be lighter than the Marchesini Mags.

I believe the BSTs are slightly lighter than the OZ Mags, but not by much, few 10th of a pound total maybe.
