So the Dealer gets to keep the 20% non-refundable deposit from the Buyer (that was required to claim your invite to buy), and sell it again.... at full MSRP.

My HP4 deposit was "non-refundable" but really it just meant you can't have your money back until we find a replacement buyer.

In this case they just gave the money Back...they weren't too broke up about having one on the showroom floor.
