I bought these earbuds new, but never used them as I found I prefer speakers that attach to the inside of my helmet. All parts are still in the plastic packaging (the earbuds and mic came in a soft case and were not in plastic). I guarantee these earbuds are in good working condition. I paired them to my phone to ensure both the speakers and mic work. I am asking $60 plus shipping.
