Having just had my first service today, I can confirm that the Ducati Service Analyser mentioned 3-new software updates, classified as "expected":

1) Fuelling and Injectors ECU - i.e. new engine maps
2) ABS ECU - new parameters for DTC/ABS/EBC I would imagine
3) Dashboard - anyones guess, but very interesting

Very cool how the "Global Update" process checks bike software versions, versus the latest versions at Ducati.

Will look into this, the fueling/ignition down low has always felt off. Let me know if you notice a difference, I had mine serviced months ago likely before these were out.

Very Very interested to see what this is. It would be sweet to just update the ECU for new maps and change the dashboard colors to red and white instead of black and white or white and black. I am pumped!

Both of my dealers reported that they haven't seen anything about this yet, they even checked their DSA for me...

Just to clarify, the Global Update reported these 3x updates as status "C", which means they are "expected", but not currently available for download.

Its just a heads up for the dealer, so they can inform customers like me :p

FYI, my Tricolore was one of the very first bikes to ship within Europe, but all software levels are still current.

Nothing was changed on my bike yesterday...... other than the oil :D

ECU software update

Do you know when?

I'm preparing the bike for an upcoming trackday and would really like to do this before. Having the bike pogo on me in a fast chicane have scared the living shat out of me. This is a major freakn' issue.

I just had my 2014R serviced and it definately felt different. Now I want to confirm this with the dealer and make sure they didn't write over the upmap.

The bike was pretty rough down low. It is much smoother now, however, I think the power down low has also been attenuated; especially in first gear, which I don't like. I love/hate the crispness of the response.
