Whoregay pulling out the fastest lap of the day with 2 laps to go proves he is the best out there right now.

Why does MotoGp.Com insist on spoiling the result every time with a banner headline on their home page stating who won..before I have a chance to get to my VideoPass to watch the damn race!!!!

Yeah. Learned that lesson last season.

Use this URL for the rest of the races this season: MotoGP?

That's why I get up at 4.30am, which is a god awful hour on a Monday morning to watch the race.

It would be great if MotoGp had like some spoiler page you could go to so that does not happen. It would be great to be able to watch it on videopass and not see the result.

:(

Well they fixed that pretty quick. Someone at MotoGP must have read my post. (Thanks AntiHero)

To bad the 2 A's couldn't have worked together at the start and pull out a gap, I do believe they could have kept Lorenzo's little bitch off the podium.

They do have exactly what you're asking for. You just go to the spoiler free link and then all of the videos are listed with no results. That's how I watch every race.

exactly what i was thinking, why teammates dueling it out with 17 laps to go. With Ducati straight speed, JLO will have a tough time passing 2 of them.

yup. they need to get their .... together.

i hope domenciali washed their heads that night.

while there are no team orders in MotoGP, there's also no hostile rivalry in the Ducati paddock, like Yamaha. There IS the very important goal of breaking Ducati's far too long dry spell of no 1st place finishes.

If I were Gigi, I would have been absolutely livid. The two out in front could have run the fastest lines in tandem, instead of the defensive lines they took which allowed everyone else to catch up with them.

Then with 2-3 laps to go and 5-10 seconds ahead of Whoregay, they could duke it out for 1st place, without sacrificing what would have been an epic, monumental Ducati 1-2 finish. The individual competition would have been preserved, while also providing the team a massive psychological victory.

My only additional thought is that Dovi may have been afraid that if he didn't get ahead of Iannone while he had the chance, that Iannone would have gapped Dovi by the end of the race and Dovi wouldn't have been close enough to make a move for the lead by then. Given Dovi's lackluster performances in the second half of last year, that's not an unreasonable conclusion.

I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of pissed off fans this year. Jorge coming out strong.

To absolutely crush the lap record on the 20th lap of the race is astonishing.

I hope the Ducs can continue to perform, but I wonder if that long back straight played into their strengths. Curious how it works in tighter courses.

in tighter courses the ducks will most likely get smoked... [if they couldnt hit close to lap record w/ that much more speed and only got 2nd given the straights at that race, then not looking so hot...]
