Rossi will clear past the open class bikes within a few turns. Who are the faster ones? Petrucci? Barbera? They'll cut Rossi some slack. Then he's got to get past the Suzukis, who won't give him a free pass. Crutchlow probably won't give him a hard time, but he won't just step aside either. Hard to say which way the satellite Yamahas will go; Smith is a good kid, has respect, won't impede. Both Espargaros will race like they always do. Then it's the factory Ducatis and the Hondas.

I have little doubt that Rossi can finish 6th, and probably even 5th - by the end of the race, only Marquez, Pedrosa, Lorenzo, and Iannone won't be catchable. That list should include Dovi but something's gone wrong with him in the past few races :(

If either Pedrosa or Marquez wins, that's not enough. But a Honda 1-2 will give the championship to Rossi.

I predict Pedrosa to win the race. Marquez is capable of taking 2nd but he could let Lorenzo past, to give Rossi the ultimate .... you.

then mm will say oh i didnt feel good with my bike i didnt let my gf go in front of me on purpose.

Last year Rossi started on pole, finished 2nd Jorge went backwards in changing conditions, changed to wets and dropped off the radar.
After all the chest beating, wailing, hand wringing, knashing of teeth ect. It is going to be a LOOOOOONG week and a half till the final round. then all will be revealed.

let me hedge my bets here. If MM goes for the win, I think he'll take it. And if he does go for the win, it's going to leave his boyfriend out to dry and hand the championship to Rossi...UNLESS, Lorenzo can beat Pedrosa. Usually I'd bet on Lorenzo winning that battle, but Pedrosa has shown exceptional form lately. They may have officially put their feud behind them, but I truly believe Pedrosa would prefer a personal 2nd place, over taking a 3rd place so Lorenzo can win the championship.

Playing in FP is the most fun to me. I missed a lot of apexes though, game is somewhat tough with all the assists turned off.

In statements to Sky Sports , the former MotoGP rider and TV commentator Loris Reggiani has expressed his opinion on what has been contact between Valentino Rossi (Yamaha MotoGP Movistar) and Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) in the Malaysian GP MotoGP last Sunday, the penultimate round of the World Championship in 2015.

Prior to trust his judgment, but Reggiani was going to also check the data of the Australian Grand Prix in Phillip Island the previous week, to which Rossi had referred in Sepang press conference last Thursday to ' unmask 'the intentions of the Champion incumbent World. And the doubts that had come have become, for him, certainties:

"I decided to try to take off my doubts, I went on the website of the MotoGP and I printed all times of all the laps of all drivers, including split times for each lap and with the printed sheet in hand I covered the recording of the race. It 'easy, you can do it all. I could not believe what I saw, to be sure I watched 2 times: Marquez has done everything to defend Lawrence Rossi and Iannone, then slowed them a couple of times until make him lose more than 1 second on the penultimate lap and then accelerated last 1 second, up to and overcome, very easily, Lorenzo. "
"Anything else, Lorenzo in the last 20 laps he always turned super constant between 1'29,8 and 1'29,9 except, guaradacaso, the final round, in which slowed by almost half a second and the Marquez ' He spent like a dubbed, without putting up any resistance. Anyone going in motion knows that these things do not happen, certain differences from one lap to the next are not at all normal. "

And about what happened seven days after the Sepang International Circuit , Reggiani has not hesitated to take a stand as clear:

"I had a great respect and sympathy for Marquez until yesterday, today I consider it a poor man, a child of primary school doing mischief to his companion that is annoying. Except that here you play with life. He staged the pages most unsportsmanlike I've ever seen since I follow this sport. "
"The conduct of the race as his already accept the little, if one is playing their own world, but for that of another just no, it sucks! And what's even worse, is that Marquez does not do these things to make win someone, but to lose someone else. "

funny randy mamola did the same thing with a totally different opinion

This is what Giacomo Agostini told the Italian newspaper, Gazzetta dello Sport, about the incident: "Valentino fell into Marquez's game that this time was smarter than him. He should have expected such a reaction: Marc had nothing to lose. They passed and re-passed each other thousands of times. You cannot fall into this trap, you cannot do this maneuver, going so wide, especially if you are Valentino Rossi. What happens in a racer's mind in those moments? I'm convinced that Valentino was angry, exhausted and frustrated, but until that turn it had been a great fight. But Valentino was surprised. He is a great professional. In his place, I also would have been very angry with Marquez, who provoked and exasperated him."

Agostini added: "If you look back, when it was about winning, Valentino has never been soft with his rivals, just think of Casey Stoner or Sete Gibernau. You cannot condemn a rider like Marquez who is putting up a show.

guess this Agostini guy doesnt know what he is talking about. wonder who he is

you would if you were 12. somehow in adulthood the number of buttons one can handle decreases sharply.

Lol so true when I just had a and b buttons no problem. Now I have 4 symbols to mini joysticks the up down let and right plus l1 and 2 and r 1 and 2
Note I beat the 13 game

Official FIM statement posted on motogp.com and crash.net. As you go back and look at the seasons 93vs46 bashes, you will notice that the 93 depends on the other rider yielding their line so he can make the pass, even if he has to do some rubbing to make it happen. This technique has held him in good stead throughout him moto gp career, and probably before, but it just does not work on Rossi, or Iannone.
Because of the 93's technique FIM will probably have to enlarge and clarify passing rules, like F1, that would be a sad state of affairs but most political bodies always think more rules fixes everything.

I don't think they will have to do that, and I like to believe they won't. The only thing that needs to happen here, is for FIM and Race Control to remind all the riders to chill out and play fair, just like they've done.

No further action is needed on this situation.
