This is my SuperCorsa SC2 on my CBR600RR 27psi hot off the warmer and a fine day, maybe peak temp of 27deg C

Doesn't get savaged like the V4 true, but the CBR is set up very well, i typically get 3 to 4 track days out of a set with 6 sessions per day....

IMHO Steven31371 has about nailed it. I'm learning from the Pirelli tire whisperers at the track who review my tires every session to see what's going on. So I'm offering second hand student work:
Rarely do they adjust tire pressure. We set it based on the track temps and leave it. Instead look at riding.
I see 4 things going on. Center tire is good. Next band over you seem to be hammering the gas coming out of corners, and also chopping the gas going into corners high in the revs. Right?
This is getting your tire really hot and you've got plenty of sticky rubber when you lean, that's the 3rd band, and I'd say when you're leaned over you stay off the gas this is where you are picking up rubber off the track that you see in balls and chunks.
When you lean to your max, you are off the gas and you're pushing the melted rubber you pick up off the track to the edge where it stays.
When you stand up coming out of corners you are very gentle on the gas, then hammer gas when leaned only a little.
How close am I to your riding style?
If you get some instruction you might hear, "consistent on the gas carry more corner speed, less start-stop riding." When you pick up a lot of track rubber you can feel it get gooey and that'll make you nervous. Give it a little gas in the corners, gentle, and you'll clean it off, feel a bit more grip too.
That's my tire a year ago, not totally ideal, but getting there.

Here is a video of the lap that led to the tear, conditions sub optimal and not the best lap but anyway

That's Jack Miller's tire after we rode over the Apeninne mountains while he did burnouts the whole way. 😂
