tail tidy

I have on on order to be fitted to my bike (when it arrives), however, I do not believe it looks much different to the standard. The sell to myself is that it is apparently easy to remove for track days.

I met someone on Friday who recommended the R&G tail tidy, apparently much shorter (and half the price). Not my cup of tea though.

there are two pictures in your "hard case panigale" book that you got on ordering your bike.
One shows the plate holder on the bike from the side (overview of all accessories parts) and one on the detail view (attached)

Me too. I want to see it on the bike before I buy. Don't like to look of the R&G one, a bit too meccano for my liking. So long as the Ducati one is shorter and gets rid of the ugly stock sticking out of the bike, I'll go with this.

I have received my Ducati one this week so its still in its box until the bike arrives

would like to see one on the bike some one must have got one fitted
i got one on order

this is what i want and I'm glad you have started this thread, i can't believe no one has one on their bike, the standard one looks dog rough. The only reason i can think is that they are not available yet.

Sometime i sway towards the ducati one but feel its still looks too big although you get the plus points that its a ducati part, then i sway towards the R&G, but i hate r&g products (but to be fair the tail tidys are ok) but from some view it appears too close to the lights and when looking from behind looks to be obscuring those lovely lights

WE NEED PICTURES FROM PEOPLE THAT HAS THEM ON THEIR BIKE AND NOT A BROCHURE PICTURE :D

there is a guy in german forum who has some modefications and a cheep looking plate holder ------and no turn lights????
i ordered the original one- italian design tops all other stuff-- carbon fits to my mudguard carbon.

I used these two images to decide when I was considering the Ducati piece, I ended up ordering it from the dealer I bought I the bike from. I may change to one that tucks it up by the exhaust pipe routed under the tailpiece later.

Its the R&G one for me, once its on and you have the number plate on it your not gonna be seeing much of it, so i dont mind its a touch rough round the edges.

I'm with you Jonah! You just won't see it, although I agree doesn't looks as good as the one I had for the BMW RR, but you would have to look dam hard. Be interesting to see what Evotech come out with. But the carbon one... Still massive and expensive too, although for regular track day goers, good option as removable

im still waiting for my bike but my add ons are mounting up

i ordered a tail tidy for a jap bike to mount off passenger peg holes
so it should sit just behind exhaust loop, see how i go with the cops
i think it will be still quite visible because the bike is so open in the back

im hoping someone could tell me if the side mount off a Diavel will fit
i have ordered one to see ? ( not the standard one that puts plate behind the wheel it sits down on the swing arm)

I may be able to use part of it, just an idea, happy to try a few things

I woldnt mind trying to use the stock diavel plate holder if it fits, does anyone know if it will?

+1 on the add ons mounting up

I'd like to see how it looks when you fashion a mount off the passenger peg holes. That's ultimately what I'll likely get. I had a competition werkes fender eliminator like that on 1198 and really liked the look of it (combined with the turn signal relocator), it really cleaned up the tail section (no issues with cops either in N.Carolina):
