Termi "upmap" questions?

battery issues, as i said, after i got the battery charged again i got an error:
UNKNOWN DEVICE Control unit not acknowledged by the system - wrong SW

so i reloaded the upmap (which worked perfectly until the battery issues)

loading code is binary, it won't "kinda take" - either it loads or it doesnt

Ok...

I am not going to argue..... But I know the stick swaps maps... otherwise how would you remove map..and how is it you cant reuse the thumb drive multiple times???

looks like unplugging the battery works :)

all i know is my full termi upmap was still on the USB when i needed it
 
I just bought a Termi slip on that comes with the 'upmap'.

I will be installing the slip on myself.

Do I also install/flash the upmap myself, or is this something that requires Dealer software?
