"The Ducati Panigale V4 is withdrawn from the American market due to fire risk"

Just curious about this claim. Went to NHTSA and couldn't find any recall associated with this claim. Any V4 owners get this recall from the mail?

Last recall I got was back in August, took out a little check ball in the cap. It was done to improve ventilation, to prevent gas from spraying out when opening the gas cap.
