The V2 is 75% street, 25% track. So why no fuel gauge?

There I was, on the side of the highway with no gas, contemplating my life choices. How did I forget to reset the trip odometer? Why did I rely on the low fuel trip counter?

I understand why it’s manufactured the way it is but is it really that cost/weight prohibitive to put a fuel gauge on this thing?

These 75% and 25% numbers are completely arbitrary.

Its merely a design choice. Not one that I agree with.

Fuel light comes on, time to get gas.

If you did 75% track and 25% road then that should work for you. Although I have run out of fuel at the track and need a toe back to the pits.
