For me, being active ( walking, cycling, mountain bike, kayaking, surfing) lucky we have the climate for this year round.
Stretching, every day, and watching your weight (moderation is the key) eating healthy.
Generally just enjoying life and not worrying about age.
And, don't worry about what could happen, I still do regular multi day adventure rides on my 1200 Enduro through the bush (best fun you will have but you will be sore for days).
I buy the best safety gear I can, I am always up to date with technology, and don't carry on like some old guy living in the past.
Generally look after yourself, and love life
