Thumb/fore finger rear brake hose routing

Hi,

Has anyone fitted a thumb or forefinger rear brake set up?

May I ask how you routed the hose and how are you finding it?

I have a Discacciati kit here minus the hose and looking to fit up any advice would be greatfully received.
