I was looking to put some Ti bolts on the front discs. Someone told as they are not magnetic (no iron in Ti) that it may affect the front sensor wheel. Has anyone experienced this.

Not really looking for guesses, prefer someone that has actually changed to Ti and whether they found any issues.

Thanks

No problem at all. Only the ABS sensor ring must be ferromagnetic. Even chrome plating the rings does not have any negative impact.
I have them plated and all bolts replaced with Ti from Proti.

My Desmosedici had this issue from the rear disc .My Panigale has titanium bolts on the front disk and as others have stated no issue .

Effect or affect .... that is the question :p

All good Brad :)

Thanks X, I always stuff that one up. Must check the dictionary again.

Thanks to all the guys that replied. Appreciate it.
