If anyone has been following my thread for the “Hybrid” 899 track-only build, you’ll know that I’ve put a ton of money into this bike. I have a business opportunity that I just can’t pass up. So, unfortunately I’m parting the bike out. I’ve got a total of over $22k in parts for this bike, my loss is your gain! Here’s the list:
Frame: paid $2500 - will take $2000. This is a 2016 959 frame and it comes with a title! I have also updated the steering stem bearings to the new needle bearing setup.
Engine: I have a total of $3,000 into this engine. It’s a 2014 1199 S motor with a little over 4,000 miles. I have adjusted the valves, new plugs, brand new Barrett Kevlar clutch discs, woodcraft clutch cover and have totally refreshened the motor. Currently has Motul 300v oil in it. I’d like to get $2,250
Exhaust: paid $2699. Brand new Termignoni race exhaust with upmap and carbon fiber shield. Will fit an 1199 or 899. Brand new!! Asking $2,000
Wheels: paid $1900 for the wheels and $420 for the tires. Marchesini 7 spoke genesi in gold. Wheels with tires mounted for $2,000. Will also come with a 41 and a 43 tooth RS8 sprocket, spacers, bearings...everything.
Fairings: these are still on their way to me from Italy. Paid $2523. Full carbon fiber from 666 carbon race fairings. I’ll only unbox them to take photos. Then ship them right back out to you. $2250
Forks: Ohlins NIX FGRT 214 BRAND NEW. Paid $2495. I’ll take $2250
Forks: I also have a set of factory 959 forks, paid 500, I’ll take $400
Front calipers: paid 400, sell for $300 and will throw in a set of titanium bolts
Rear caliper & carrier: paid $250, sell for $175
Swing arm: $150

Pipercross Air Filter, brand new: $75
899 Tank: current paint is spray on vinyl and can be removed easily. $450 will come with a new uninstalled TWM and a installed podium racing cap, carbon fiber tank sliders, and stomp grips
Galfer Front wave rotors: still in the mail on their way to me. Paid $269 each, will take $250 for the pair
Galfer rear wave rotor: $100
Full six carbon fiber brake lever guard: paid $140, will take $99
Antigravity lithium ion lightweight race battery: $99
ALL PRICES ARE INCLUDING SHIPPING. Except the engine. It weighs a lot and I’ll have to build a crate for it. Shipping will be determined for the engine after I get a quote through the carrier of your choice. Or, if you can pick it up that would be helpful.
I know I’m forgetting parts here and there like rearsets, rearset mounts, rear brakes master cylinder, brake lines etc. etc..... if you look at my build thread and want something that is not listed here, please let me know.
