Is anybody able to tell me the size of the Torx bit required to remove the OEM bar-ends?
The more I work on this bike, the more tools I need to buy! Not a bad thing I suppose.

I forget the size but I picked up a set of these and it was in there.

Robot Check

I like tools so buying a set just for one was a-ok with me.

A 12mm hex does the job.

I think the correct tool is called a "Triple Square," but I have no clue what size. (DLIT seems to have the link above)

Tried a Trox T65 (biggest my local store had) and a 12mm hex in the hardware store parking lot.

I walked back in to return the T65 because it was so sloppy.

Pretty sure it's not a torx at all, just a 12 point hex. I pulled mine off with a big Allen socket like the poster above.
