Troy Bayliss in Sydney

Had a short chat with Troy Bayliss at the Sydney Motorcycle Show today (along with 1000 other people) it was great that he took the time to chat to so many people. Ducati Australia annouced a new bike and team for ASBK next year and TB is part of the team. Not as a rider though.

A "new bike" as in, it will replace the 1299 model type of "new bike" ?

It sounds to me like a new bike for the team and not a new model for Ducati

Not any new model just the 1199R I imagine. I must admit I only briefly looked at the bike.

No the bike is a 1299S Australian importer can't afford an R for racing!
