Tuneboy is on sale until the 1st if anyone is interested.

Tuneboy

If the Customer Service was better I would be tempted... But seems to me that many people get left hanging needing technical support or simply guidance.. this is such a shame because I think Wayne offers a fantastic product....

I was having issues with making the software to communicate with my ECU. They were able to help. Not sure how technical your questions may be though

Shoot them an email and test them.

I had lousy/none support with mine. It came with blank disc and blank key code card. I am not even sure what I would do with the code if I had it. I have since had some help with another user, but I am still concerned to load it on my bike.

What route did you go with the Akra pipe

I canceled my order until there is a good map for the Tuneboy. I thought it nuts to have the Akra sitting around until I have a solution for it, and I own the Tuneboy. Plus, still in warranty, so if I tune, then I will have to un-tune if I have any issues.

For all you guys that have an Akra pipe and need a basemap for it you can go on tuneboys facebook page and download all the files from there. Just scroll down the page and you will see three links. One is for the Diavel, one is for the Multistrada, and the other is for the Panigale. It has all the latest software and tune files from Wayne plus the Akra map.

I can't speak highly enough of them. I read a lot of info before I bought and and was warned of the poor customer service, but the day I received it I called them up and he patiently spoke to me on the phone for about 1 hour.

I have only a positive experience to write about, plus and awesome crusie control package :)

I must clarify here.... I am referring to TuneBoy themselves..not this or any reseller.... :)

I have written about the subject of TuneBoy customer service many times. It is very lacking to say the least. On my most recent inquiry to Wayne in Australia, it has been over 4 months since the second of two closely spaced emails (an original, and a "backup" asking if he received the first). As of this date, I am still waiting for a reply. I thoroughly enjoy the cruise control, as well as the other functions, but to not get simple questions answered is unacceptable in my opinion. To be clear, Wayne originally responded, but after the first few, I have never heard back again. Too bad that he doesn't appreciate how much business he probably loses because of this.

I am to.

Harmony Jim was most helpfull steering me in their direction even though he was frustrated by their lack of support.
Wayne from Tuneboy was flat out but yet he spent a whole hour on the phone...that's pretty good service.

So do you have the akra on your bike w/o a tune at all? If so, how's that working out?
