While it looks cool I hate the fact that there's a huge open cavity in the belly at the rear now. That space needs to be filled in with something or it just makes the bike aesthetically off.

I agree here on the open space left behind, but I like the WSBK option/style. Isn't Fullsix or Carbott making the full bellypans now for these type of exhaust options? Are there any performance details on this setup?

On another note, the cones look a bit large and/or 1-dimensional?? Not really sure how to articulate it, if that makes much sense?

U serious ?

So it has a lower left fairing, but not a lower right ?

Go shave off one of your sideburns all the way up, and look in the mirror and tell me what you think.

:)

I think they left it open to show the exhaust pipes? that's my guess.

Sorry, I like the under belly exhaust. All these others just aesthetically ugly.

if they dropped it 6-10" like the Akra i'd like it more. maybe angle a bit downward too.

So..... Does anyone know if Akra will release this WSBK exhaust system to the great unwashed in a form other than purchasing a 2017 SL?

This goes to show you that the aftermarket business is all about having a different product. Not better but different.

The panigale is built entirely around its exhaust. You change that and the bike is compromised.

I really like the idea of the original exhaust under the bike. Cleans the look of the bike. Now if there is performance gains then so be it for racing.

Back in the time when the Panigale came out was a blast mostly because of that sexy lines.. sexy tail and "no exhaust"
If I never saw the Panigale with exhausts under the bike I would say that the Termignoni under tail exhaust looks very nice but no matter HP gains I would always leave that sexy ... clean and exhaust under the bike for a street bike

I agree on this. But for a track bike the undertail simplifies bellypan removal for inspections and the rear exit helps with ride by sound tests at the track. It's definitely taken me awhile to even consider the looks of the Termi undertail for the track as it just didn't seem right lol.

Yah for track get the more HP you can under their rules no matter what [emoji6]

I have to agree.

Under the bike is without a doubt the best looking option for a street bike.

If that was not an option, then this would be the next best alternative and looks pretty good and unique.
