Damn, the swingarm sure gets in the way on that one. I wonder if the performance gains are really worth it on the 959? From what I read, it has the same 60mm diameter as the 1299. Even with the curves all in there, that might be open enough that it won't make a major difference on the smaller motor unless it's built. Does the forward facing Termi fit on the 959?

If I never saw the Panigale with exhausts under the bike I would say that the Termignoni under tail exhaust looks very nice but no matter HP gains I would always leave that sexy ... clean and exhaust under the bike for a street bike

I fully agree with you here!
 
TBH, unless you have to, I don't know why anyone would want to relocate weight from below the center of mass to above the center of mass. If it's any kind of significant weight you WILL feel the difference.
