Unlocked speedometer?

Hi!

In some videos the speedometer reads --- after 186 mph / 299 kph but in others the speedometer displays the real value.

Like in this video for instance:

Does the Ducati up-map key that comes with the full system unlock it or is it done by someone like Brentuning? Or is it just the V4R?

Official a Ducati service center. Probably get Evo2 done b4 reading and sending ECU info to Bren. Might seem like double buying but I’d like to see 200mph on the dash and have it run as good as possible

Ah ok. I read somewhere that the Evo2 update is included in the 2020 V4 software from the factory. Can anyone confirm this as it should allow the speedo to show the true value beyond 299 / 186.

Closed circuit EVO2 upgrade for slicks & rain tyres:

Compared to EVO (space) 2 offered standard on 2020 PV4:

Ducati made a collective decision to try their hardest to confuse us. Thank God for DucatiForum so we can overcome these challenges together

to clarify EVO2 will unlock speedometer but EVO 2 on the 2020 models offers a restricted speed readout

Hey, guys, as I understand it, the EVO2 as an option is a track only software (just for slicks and raintyres), the EVO2 on the 2020 models is a roadlegal software. Not the same!
What I find interesting is that on the picture you see the mode is RACE and the speed is higher than 300kmh. The EVO2 (option) shows the speed but the mode displayed is then RACE EVO. Thats what I see in my dash and you can find that info somewhere on this forum in another topic.
So this is for me not the EVO2 software but some other software or the V4R is a 2020 model where you can see speeds more than 300kmh but I tought there is a gentlemens agreement among the constructors not to show speeds above 300kmh.

I had the Closed Circuit DTC Evo2 installed on my V4S before it was stolen. It does way more than I'll ever need. I just wanted it for the speedo fix. It does smooth out the throttle in turns, and the bike catches wheel slip quicker. Also, the modes are no longer Race, Sport, and Street, but they become Race Evo, Sport Evo, and Rain Evo. Also, the tachometer now looks like it did in race mode only, but in all modes.

Where can I get this done??
