V4 cored exhaust

This is such a great mod and product to offer. Do you do it on an exchange basis or does someone have to send you their exhaust and wait and then get it back?

Also, I am sure that you lose a ton of weight compared to a stock but do you have any idea of how much more this weighs than something like the Akra slip ons? I bet it's not far off.

i prefer to do it on the original cans off the bike. there are way too many factors (condition, damages, cosmetic appearance) that make the core exchange difficult. get back what you send in.

it loses roughly 1.5 lbs

When you black the exhaust covers is it ceramic coated or just powder coat?

VHT coat.
But I’ve seen people use powder coat as well, which I think won’t hold up long
