Hi guys, got a long wait on my V4s SF, keeping an eye out for Ducati genuine accessories on sale that will fill my time. Things I've got my eye on are:-

1. Akraprovic Exhaust System
2. Carbon tank cover
3. seat cover for pillion -replacing pillion seat
4. V4 rearsets
5. CF Hugger and chain guard
6. titanium/ CF swing arm protector
7. CF Front hugger

From what I can pick up from various sources, examples of differences are:

1. the V4 SF tank is different from the V4 pani's, does this mean the Panigale V4 carbon tank cover won't work on the V4 SF?
2. I've also read that the akraprovic system for Streetfighter is missing some brackets when compared to the panigale? will the upmap key work on SF its tuned different to the Pani V4 I assume?

Generally just wondering if the part numbers are different between V4 and V4 SF genuine DP Parts.

Cheers in advance

Hello Diz,
I was on the Ducati Streetfighter V4 live streams few weeks ago and asked a question on the chat function. I believe the Head of Design for the Streetfighter V4 respond live to me and told me the Tank Cover are different because the side fairing are different.

If you notice, the Streetfighter V4 (stock tank cover) have a stainless steel mesh (L shape) on each front corners while the Panigale V4 stock tank cover did not have any holes.
I just post a want to buy post at classified section, and if you replace your stock tank cover with the carbon one, please contact me if you want to sell your stock one. I am offering $70 including shipping to San Jose, CA 95136
I know they are not the same, but I still curious to test them myself. Perhaps it will still look ok because the Streetfighter V4 cover is larger than the Panigale V4.

The part# for the CF Hugger/Chain Guard for Ducati Performance parts are exactly the same between Streetfighter V4 and Panigale V4 so they should fit.

However, the part# for the CF Swing Arm/Titanium cover is different so they might not fit although they look similar!

So please kindly consider buying CF Hugger/Chain Guard which is practically brand new from my 4 miles 2020 Panigale V4 916 25 Anniversario if you want a CF Hugger, but since my part is original from Ducati factory as part of my bike package,
it did not have the "white Ducati Performance logo" on it. Here is a link to my for selling post:
For Sale - Ducati Panigale V4 Genuine OEM Original Carbon Rear Mudguard / Hugger 96989981A & Carbon SwingArm Guard/Cover with Titanium Insert 96989991A

The seat cover might / most likely different because from my understanding the rear cover of the streetfighter is not the same as the V4 but I could be wrong on this one.

Hi, thanks for the response. Bike over here is 6 months way in Aus. Not long since I placed order
Makes sense on tank cover though.

I just traded in my 2018 Panigale V4S for the Streetfighter V4S. (And I love it!). So I have a few carbon parts off the Panigale which I will swap.

Ducati Performance rear hugger with chain guard is the same for the Panigale and the Streetfighter. I've just fitted mine, so that is an accurate statement.

As BMW Alpina says the Titanium swing arm protector IS different, but it does integrate with the hugger.

I'm told the front mudguard (fender) is the same part number and will also fit the Streetfighter. I have this part, but I have yet to fit mine to the bike.

Desmoworld caliper spacers also fit.

I've got a set of Ducabike rear sets for the Panigale which I'm not intending to fit. Unclear if these will fit the Streetfighter. The footrest brackets are different part numbers between the Panigale and the Streetfighter, but that may be the height of the footrest not the overall geometry.

However, the swing arm mounts to which the footrest brackets attach are also different so I can't be sure. I ordered duplicate mounts and brackets for the Panigale and had those parts ceramic coated black. I've just had them removed from my Panigale so I can compare them directly on the bike to see if they fit.
