V4R and T800 UPMap Issue

I recently installed Arrow Titanium slip ons and mid pipes on my 2020 V4R. I also bought an upmap and installed it. When trying to download the map the app said the map was not for my bike. The map was Reference number 528 V4 20 Arrow SR map for Arrow silencers without DB killers.

I would appreciate help or advice on the issue with the T800 UPmap

Probably better off emailing them, they are somewhat responsive. But I'd check to make sure you got the V4R map and not the normal V4 version.
