I decided to update and change chain and sprockets after riding on the stock 525 for a little over 6000 miles. Used the folks at Sprocket Center once again:
Knowing from past conversions the benefits of a lighter driveline I decided to weigh the parts again for comparison:
Stock 525 kit was actually lighter than the 520 kit:
I thought I had weighed these on my 2018 V4 and 2014 1199S with the chain coming in lighter, but I guess the DID Chain might be lighter? Regardless, the overall driveline is lighter and looks better as well.
