Warranty Claim - how long does it take to fix?

Help Support Ducati Forum:

I found out that they denied my claim. Like wtf i got it prier to pick up. Now my mechanic is asking why, specially when i have proof prier to pick up. Photos on facebook on pick up of day 1. Pics show that it was crack. Be interesting to see if ducati still denies it even with this much proof.

Trauma's just messin with you and lightens this place up when it gets too serious. Obviously he knows that white is actually reflective and thus, helps with the heat issues. However, it does make your seat more uncomfortable and your stock pegs extra slippery. Also there is a "red" map update for the 41 tooth sprocket but the "white" map isn't available until 2016.
