I'm nearing the magic 625 mile figure so will hopefully get my first out the way early next week.

I've been keeping a good eye on the bike during rides to see if I spot any faults / work that could completed as part of the first service so I don't loose the bike for too long.

The list is very short so wondered if there's been any common issues amongst other owners I should check before next week.

So far......

Replace one piece of 3M VentureShield as its peeling
Change rear shock to 'P'
Investigate LCD misting up after getting caught in a rain storm
Check recall bolt (already done but dealer has to tick it off)

Just check to make sure there arent any oil leaks so your bike doesnt catch fire like a couple of ours did

And make sure they have a spare swing arm adjusting rod in stock prior to having them adjust it....there have been numerous bolts that have snapped during this adjustment from F to P. If they snap it, you'll be without your bike waiting for a new one.

well if you wanna adjust your shift pedal, let the dealer do it. I found right off it wasn't going to work for me doing it. It took the tech 45 minutes of working with it to free it. The factory used GREEN loctite on the threads and a gob of it. To brek it free, he had to pull the whole pedal assembly off. Finally got it worked free, cleaned all the threads lubed it and now easy to adjust.

My front fork was leaking oil from the seal after about 200 miles, might be worth just visually checking your seals. It was replaced under warranty at first service.

My clutch has been acting up lately, it was almost impossible to get it in neutral thought it was the temp. Let it cool down overnight and went on a ride today and it was hit or miss, sometimes it would shift smooth other times shifting was a nightmare and still having issues getting into neutral.

That's no bueno :(

I just gave my Pani to a friend and he rode it up to 850 miles. I hope none of these issues start to plague me...

Hope to seeyas at the track!

Hopefully my work schedule hasn't been very forgiving, I'm trying to make the Ducati Bellevue track day at the ridge in August. With the clutch it's weird it really hit and miss, I ride it today and it did it half of the time, while on the rode yesterday it acted fine right up until the end then it was impossible to get into neutral
