I have a Arai Corsair V...... Just cos someone said they do not rate them does not make it true..

Fits me perfectly... whilst it may not fit others... best helmet I have owned by far.

Same- corsair V for me And i've tried on almost every brand of helmet- I think if your head fits Arai a lot of the others are very awkward feeling as Arai is very round. I think the only other thing i would purchase is a Shoei- i've wanted an AGV But they dont fit me very well- they feel very long. With helmet prices on all major brands rising deff make sure you test them all out before you drop big money on anything!

Shoei GT-Air. Excellent value for what you get. Love the built in visor and for the price difference on the higher priced lids I added my Sena unit. Perfect for daily commutes and the Sena SMH-10 unit comes in loud and clear. For the track I would go with another lid but for daily rides I doubt there's a better value IMO

The new Bell Race Star and Bell Pro Star helmets sound like they're going to be very nice. I'm curious to hear what people will have to say about them as they become available.

1) Arai Corsair V with a brand new Pro-Shade shield
2) AGV K-5 MULTI-DEEP BLACK/WHITE/RED (just ordered but not yet received)

Arai Corsair for the fit and comfort. However, I have since tried-on the AGV K5 and it's just as comfortable as my Arai and it has an interior sun shield that's great for street riding. To my surprise, it feels as light or lighter than my Corsair. I can't comment on its sound suppression yet but suspect it will be much quieter also.

I have just got a Shoei NXR, for when I ride the pen, so far I hate it! Despite its reviews, I wear a Simpson pig face when on my Duke R for doddling like a hooligan in the traffic, it's nice Fucyou lid for the plod all black, but unless above 100mph and wind noise to boot.

I want a aria Ducati helmet but can't get it in this country
