And a couple more (minor) points to consider -
Get a trailer that's wired with a receptacle for an external generator hookup. You'll want the ability to be able to plug in lights/power tools inside while at the track.
And if you contemplate spending any considerable time at the track in summer months (especially in the south), get one with (or have aftermarket installed) one of those small roof mounted air conditioners made for trailers. The inside of 'em can get really hot in the summer sun. And they're a godsend for cooling off after a race/practice session at places like Road A/Memphis RP/Carolina MSP/etc. where there's no shade and the temps are in the upper 90s. Trust me on this.
