Do you have the flapper valve still in ?
Yeah its gotta be i havent made any mods since install. What does the flapper valve do and how do I remove it?

The flapper valve is only on the stock exhaust, isn't it?
Are you talking about the DB killer inserts?

The flapper will remain in the stock midpipe/header unless removed, with or without stock cans or termi cans. When replacing stock silencers with Termi slip ons, you have 4 options.
1) leave flapper and db killers in place.
2) leave flapper, remove db killers.
3) remove flapper, leave db killers in.
4) remove flapper and both killers.

You should have disabled the valve with the slips, you can only remove your inserts unless you gut your mufflers...

I have termi slip ons and am looking to make more noise
Would the full system be much more noticeable?
There is no butterfly valve in the full system so if you want some more noise, that'll do it.
