Where does this hose go ?

I just finished a couple of repairs on the bike and now i can't figure out where this hose end up ? Please advise. (2012 1199 base)

Could it be what I have circled here? The parts manual calls it a breather pipe. Doesn't look like the bottom connects to anything...

If it is THAT Hose, then from memory it goes/sits into the hole at th top of the rear of the fans housing, same hole were the fan wires go through
 
This one ? It goes through a rubber type grommit/guide, which sits in the front part of the hole, and the fan wires go through the hole at the back.
