Will a 2015 1299 R gas tank fit on an 2013 1199S ? Anyone know or been down that road?

Yes, it is exactly same tank so it will fit...

Thats good though - As long as they didn't change the red paint code. The white ducati emblem is the same and the silver is nice , thinking it would look good on a Tri.

Now Id just have to see how great of a deal I can get to make it worth it.

Hi, I changed my 2014 1199 ABS to an R spec tank.
Perfect paint match to.

Im thinking the 1299R tank paint scheme would match the trim a little better on the Tricolore... Either way that looks nice ! I want it now.
