Because 215-230 hp on a “liter” bike isn’t enough for your street/track bike

Way more than enough for sure. I’m not in it for just HP but rather quality of tune plus the additional access to engine controls. If I have to trailer a bike to my dealer and pay them for at least an hours worth of labor, that money could be put here and likely to better effect. I haven’t read any posts about riders being amazed by the Ducati Akrapovic tune.

I can’t speak for everyone but I don’t tune my bike for only max peak HP. I have found a much smoother power delivery throughout the entire rev range.

Anybody know how much you can safely run the RPM limiter up to on these engines…the V4S not the V4R
Mines set to 14.5 or 15. Can’t remember which. Either way you can raise it high enough to where your power is in decline so it is better to shift up instead.

One question that comes to mind about this solution is how it will accommodate multiple O2 sensor logging. Most of our bikes have 2 sensors, Euro 5 bikes have 4.

Nevermind... apparently one solution is to rely on one cylinders' log and allow the auto-tune to modify based on that.

The other solution is to log each cylinder individually and input the gathered data then auto tune.

The other other solution is to use a multiple channel (2 or more) analog O2 controller and that would save some time on the process but would obviously cost more.
